Qualifying Standards (same for 100 and 50)
Multi-day stage races generally do not qualify unless the runner, on one day of that event, meets one of the above standards (e.g. 50 miles in 11 hours, or 90 miles in one 24 hour period).
International races of different distances may qualify. Races must be at least 50 miles in length to be considered. Contact us if you are unsure.
Proof that one of the above qualifications has been met (link to race results) must be provided before the event. We reserve the right to bar any runner from starting the race if they have not met minimum qualification standards and provided sufficient proof prior to toeing the line. This is an incredibly difficult course, even for those who meet the above minimum standards.
No refunds will be issued for those who have paid registration fees, but then fail to meet qualification standards before race day.
